  Hello, I just wanted to mention that I didn't dine at your restaurant on Sunday 26/03/17, however I did use your baby changing facilities as the place where I did dine didn't have anything available. Thank you for allowing me to use yours, however I was appalled by the state of the disabled toilet and change table in there. I did have a change mat to lay on top but I still didn't want to lay my baby on there but I didn't have any choice. The cover on your change mattress was extremely dirty with hair on it and as soon as I had changed my baby I threw my change mat straight in the bin for fear of the germs that could be on there. I haven't dined at your restaurant for many years, however I would not like to eat there now, wondering what your kitchen hygiene is like knowing how the toilet facilities were found yesterday. Knowing the volume of clientele that would pass through your restaurant, I was highly shocked at your poor standards.
